He has already experienced several lives in the wine universe before returning to Champagne and then creating his company Educavin in 2005. He has a Master’s degree in Oenology and a Master’s degree in Biochemistry, is a French Ambassador and won the CIVC’s special prize at the 2006 European Champagne Ambassadors competition, and is a trainer and consultant for winegrowers, unions, wine producers, media, etc.
Since the end of his studies, he ever tried to work on understanding and promoting Champagne region and Champagne wines. His plot studies based on geo-sensory tasting of earth and rocks, his knowledge of the terroirs, the blends and the annual tasting of nearly 1500 champagnes, allow him to constantly develop his knowledge and transmit them.
