Under his leadership, Passage Festival became the biggest festival for the performing arts in Scandinavia. He holds several positions of trust in Danish theatre. Among others he has been appointed by the Cultural Minister of Denmark to the board of Copenhagen Theatre. He is also engaged in promoting Contemporary circus and the performing arts in public space in Scandinavia.
